We are now looking for assistant nurses and care assistants for the home care services in Sveg. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the tasks performed during a work shift. We work with permanent care contacts, where you, as the staff working with our users, serve as a vital link between the various healthcare providers and relatives.
Recruitment is ongoing. Start date by agreement.
Job Responsibilities
Your tasks consist of care interventions in the user's home according to assistance decisions (SOL) and care plans (HSL). You carry out planned interventions based on the user's needs and individual implementation plans.
- You work with common tasks within care and support from a salutogenic perspective.
- You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team together with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.
- You participate in care planning and social documentation.
- You participate in the development of the operations and work with our core values, which are an important part of elderly care.
The work involves day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Educated assistant nurse or care assistant with experience in care and support.
A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) is required to work with the elderly and adults with disabilities.
Merits:
- Experience in home care services.
- Class B driver's license.
Desirable:
- Experience working with VIVA and Intraphone, as well as the BPSD quality register.
Personal suitability is highly valued.
